The RIAA Stops Suing Music Fans?
This is either good news for music fans - many of whom discover new music by sharing it - or just another tact to punish those fans who share too much. The RIAA will now focus on getting ISPs to threaten choking offenders’ bandwidth or even terminating access for those users sharing music. Since a lot of users would rather give up their right arm before losing broadband access this seems...
